Sir / Madam,

The Corporation is pleased to express the feeling of gratitude towards you for your precious investments under its debenture Series 2003/A.

The Corporation has decided to exercise the 'Call Option' due on 02.05.2013 in respect of instrument 'C’ as per the terms of the offer document.
Therefore a Notice is hereby given to you and you are requested to kindly surrender the duly discharged original Bond Certificated / Letter of Allotments as per the procedure mentioned in the offer document and also  provide your Bank Account No.  Proof & Valid PAN Proof & mail the same or hand it over to the Registrars & Transfer Agents M/S Mennen Financial Services Ltd,501,5 th Floor Acme Industrial Park, Western Express Highway, Goregaon(East), Mumbai-400 063,(Phone Nos’.022-26866001,26866004) so as to reach it on or before the record date of the said early redemption payment i.e.2-5- 2013.

Kindly note that, the Transfer Agent will process your redemption request only after the due scrutiny of the duly discharged Original Bond Certificates or Letter of Allotments surrendered by you.

The Corporation will not be responsible for any loss, if there is any delay in surrender of such Bond Certificates or  Letter of Allotments as no Interest on the bonds shall be paid after the execution of the Call Option due on 02.05.2013 which please note.
